Power of Intention

Everything happens for a reason. This past weekend, I lived this notion. Friday, I was speaking at RHS and asked a few group leaders to celebrate what was good in their lives. I did so myself and noted that I was very appreciative for a few close friendships I’ve been blessed with. Little did I know… the power of intention.

Have you ever thought, said, or believed something would happen and then it did? Friday evening, a close friend called inviting me to a football game the next day. Saturday evening, another close friend called inviting me to go out on the town later that night. And Sunday, I had the pleasure of meeting up with another great friend who I hadn’t seen in a year or so. Today, I became cognitively awaken of the power of the mind.

I’ve been blessed to achieve many accolades so far in my life. But now, I’m more lost than ever; I felt the true answer to my prayers. Guidance is something I’ve been praying for and He has partially answered my request with allowing for my mind to witness the power of our thoughts.

Maybe you’re feeling alone or lost? Maybe you’re struggling with self-worth and wondering that sometimes you may not have what it takes to be successful? Try this… write down one goal. Say it out loud. Think about it. It’s a crazy thing how talking and pondering can become believing.
