Rachel is the Queen of Puns! Rachel is witty, engaging and professional. Rachel has conducted fundraising events for as many as 850 guests and she has sold live auction lots for as much as $40,000 dollars. Rachel is an experienced emcee and has facilitated over a dozen revenue enhancing games such as: dessert dash, heads or tails and more.
Rachel has been working for FSA Auctions for three years and she has conducted nearly 75 events. FSA partners Rachel has auctioneered for include: American Cancer Society, Broadway Sacramento, Center Early Intervention on Deafness Berkeley, Center for Fathers & Families, Dravet Syndrome Foundation Walnut Creek, Friends of Front Street Animal Shelter Sacramento, Lafayette Elementary School San Francisco, National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Pleasanton Partnerships in Education, St Rose School Roseville, Valley Children’s Hospital Foundation Fresno and more.
Rachel is 1 of 16 auctioneers in California to earn the Benefit Auction Specialist (BAS) designation from the National Auction Association in Las Vegas. In addition to fundraising, Rachel is passionate about her work as a litigation paralegal and she is actively involved in volunteering for her son’s youth sports teams. Rachel travels from Sacramento.

Freddie Silveria founded FSA Auctions in 2017 with a deep desire to make a meaningful and impactful difference representing nonprofits, schools and charity organizations from the microphone. To date, FSA Auctions has helped our partners fundraise over $125 million dollars! Freddie brings an engaging, energetic and passionate style that is sure to leave donors entertained, appreciated and inspired! Freddie has conducted events ranging from multi-million dollar fundraisers to small schools and organizations fundraising $20,000.
Freddie is regarded nationwide as an industry leader and trusted professional. Freddie has trained other benefit auctioneers across the country at the National Auction Association (NAA) Conference and Show in San Diego, the NAA Benefit Auction Summit in California and the NAA Benefit Auction Summit in Texas. Freddie has chaired the Benefit Auction Summit education task force and he has been featured in the NAA Auctioneers magazine nationwide multiple times. In addition, Freddie has led dozens of in-person and online seminars, workshops and webinars for the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP), the Impact Foundry, Social Venture Partners (SVP), GreaterGiving, PayBee, Auctria, OneCause, GiveSmart, and many more nonprofit cohorts. Throughout COVID, FSA Auctions was an industry leader guiding nearly 100 nonprofits and schools through highly successful virtual fundraising events that generated over $12 million virtually through YouTube and other platforms.
Freddie is the only fundraising auctioneer in California to earn the most prestigious three year Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designation from the NAA at Indiana University. He is 1 of 16 auctioneers in California to earn the Benefit Auction Specialist (BAS) designation from the NAA in Las Vegas. And he is a bilingual graduate from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Iowa. Freddie was awarded Sacramento’s 40 Under 40, Comstock’s Magazine Top 10 Young Professional of the Year, Habitat for Humanity’s Community Partner of the Year and Saint Mary’s College (CA) Alumnus of the Decade.
In addition to fundraising, Freddie has spoken professionally with over 400,000 middle and high school students for over a decade about treating each other with more respect, kindness and care. He presents a school culture program called Breaking Down the Walls with the idea that “it’s hard to hate someone whose story you know.” Currently he is the President (’25) of the Sacramento Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) Chapter and a proud Rotarian.
